Expanded Connectivity
The 2025 Mazda CX-50 features a major upgrade to the infotainment screen, with the 8.8-inch screen that came standard on older models replaced with a 10.3-inch screen. Built-in Amazon Alexa now comes standard, too, allowing you to control media playback, messages, and more with natural language commands. More trims now come with a wireless charging pad, as well, ensuring you always show up with a full battery.
Improved Safety Technology
The i-ACTIVSENSE® suite of preventative safety technology has been upgraded for the 2025 Mazda CX-50. A new rear-seat alert system will send a signal if you’ve left anything in the rear seat, while the pedestrian detection software now works better at night and in low-light conditions. All of the standard features from the 2024 model are still installed, including emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and a lane-departure warning system.
Hybrid Powertrain
New for this model year, the 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid combines the adventurous spirit of this SUV with reliable electric power. The upcoming hybrid will deliver up to 219 horsepower and a more efficient powertrain. With an on-demand e-AWD system for engaging power distribution, this new powertrain is sure to turn some heads when this SUV is released.
