It offers you a smooth and powerful ride through the streets of Richmond thanks to its fantastic engine options, and the interior is loaded with features in both luxury and tech! While there are many reasons to love your CX-30, like any vehicle, it needs some routine maintenance now and then to keep it running at peak efficiency. Here at Pearson Mazda, our outstanding technicians are here to help you with all your maintenance needs. Are you not sure if your CX-30 is due for a checkup? Then we have created a maintenance schedule that is here to assist you. Check it out below!

Every 7,500 Miles

Once you have driven your brand new CX-30 around 7.500 miles, you'll be ready for your first maintenance checkup. If you forget to get your 7,500-mile checkup, then your Mazda CX-30 will display a wrench on the dashboard as a handy reminder. When you bring your CX-30 in for its first checkup, our team here at Pearson Mazda will change your engine oil and the filter. Getting the oil changed in your vehicle is very important for several reasons, as swapping out dirty oil for fresh oil will prevent damage to your engine and keep your CX-30 in top shape. Also, during this visit, we will inspect your tires, and our techs here at Pearson Mazda will rotate your tires and change your brake pads if they need changing.

Every 15,000 Miles

During your second scheduled maintenance visit, our technicians here at Pearson Mazda will perform all services at the 7,500-mile mark. We will also inspect the fuel lines and hoses, suspension components, brake lines and connections, disk brakes and driveshaft boots, and steering linkages. Also, during your 15,000-mile and 30,000-mile inspection, you will need to have your cabin air filter replaced to reduce things like dust and pollen from the air consistently.

Every 45,000 Miles

During the 45,000-mile mark, your Mazda CX-30 will need to have its engine air filter replaced by our experts here at Pearson Mazda if you have not already done so. Changing your engine's air filter at this point is vital to the health of your Mazda CX-30 as it contributes to your engine's airflow. Filters that are dirty or damaged will potentially change your CX-30 air-fuel balance and pollute the spark plugs can cause engine issues. You will also get your next oil change at the 45,000-mile mark.

Every 120,000 Miles

Once you reach the 120,000-mile mark, your CX-30 will be due for a coolant replacement. Our team here at Pearson Mazda will drain and replace the coolant and remove the debris and corrosion which can damage your cooling system. Also, at this scheduled service, our technicians will go over every inch of your vehicle to look for other issues, such as a deteriorated coolant hose. Finally, we will replace the old engine oil with fresh oil, so your engine continues running smoothly!
